caregiving and its perks

i look after a couple in their late 60s they need help around the house with chores stuff like that but we also have this dynamic where i sort of take charge when it comes to certain things sometimes i dress up as a nurse or something similar and act all strict giving orders and discipline if needed its weird cus im only mid twenties but there's just something about being in control and seeing them submit it turns me on the other day i was helping her change and got rough with the spanking she deserved it but still felt kinda naughty afterwards. is this normal? should i be worried? has anyone else tried something like this?
