just an odd thing i noticed about myself

i never thought of myself as the type but lately this idea keeps popping up. started when a friend mentioned roleplaying in different life scenarios, and suddenly i had this urge to explore it from a child's perspective. i mean, not literally or anything like that, i'm an adult, 25, fully capable and aware of reality. just something about the idea of having someone take care of me again, but as more of a partner than just a friend. maybe i’m looking for the sense of security in a world that can feel so unpredictable? don't know if it's a phase or if this will stick around, but i'm curious to see where this journey takes me.
