Confession of an Accidental Adult Little
Anonymous Giggly Peach #909 · General Confessions
I never imagined I'd find myself in the position of being a little in a DDLG relationship. I'm 28 and have always prided myself on my rational, no-nonsense approach to life, software engineering isn't exactly known for its dramatic flair. But one day, after some unexpected events at work left me feeling particularly overwhelmed and stressed, I confided in an old friend who happens to be into DDLG dynamics. He suggested we meet up and play a role-playing game together where I could act as his little, just to unwind. To my surprise, it was oddly soothing, the structure and care he provided felt like a breath of fresh air amidst the chaos of grown-up responsibilities. It's not something I'd advertise on my LinkedIn profile or bring up at work, but there's an undeniable charm in finding peace through such unconventional means. The experience taught me that sometimes it's okay to embrace simplicity and take comfort in roles that might seem childish on the surface, especially when they help you recharge your adult batteries.
