Lonely Little Doctor

I never thought I'd end up like this, but here I am, a doctor in her thirties playing the role of a little girl for my partner. It's comforting to be babied and scolded like it's all just pretend, but when he straps me down on my own examination table and administers real punishments, like swatting or pinching, it hurts in more ways than one. Is this healthy? Am I the only doctor out there feeling so lost yet strangely connected in these intimate moments of submission? What do you think?
