Crashing Down Into Little Space

Anonymous Snuggly Sprite #530 · Little Space

It started with coloring books again, long after I should've grown out of them. A friend gifted me a big box full of crayons and pages to color on rainy days last year. As soon as my hand touched the soft paper and smooth wax, everything else melted away — deadlines, adult responsibilities, all the weight of life off my shoulders. For hours in that cozy silence, I'm just enjoying being small again. The world doesn't expect so much from me here; no one needs me to solve complex problems or manage stress. It's peaceful, like a warm hug after a long day. The more I slip into this little space, the harder it is to come back out.
