Confused

I'm 23, never did this stuff before. Met someone online who's into it. First time we met up, they said some really intense things like 'be good' and gave me a spanking for coming late — felt so wrong but right at the same time. Not sure if I should keep going or just stop now. Gotta admit, thinking about next time makes my heart race even though part of me is disgusted by how turned on it gets me.
