Just Another Day Off

So today I did something that probably sounds weird if you're not into this sort of thing. Nothing illegal or abusive, just a little roleplay with my partner, who's in her twenties and likes being cared for like she's... well, younger than me. It's all consensual and fun, but lord does it feel weird to type about. We spent the morning playing pretend at home, with me helping her get dressed and ready for some made-up school day. After that, I disciplined her a bit for some make-believe misbehaving, nothing harsh or mean, just tapping things lightly and telling her off in my best faux-annoyed voice. By afternoon we'd moved onto other stuff, but it still left me feeling like a character from an old TV show about kink that I used to watch when I was younger. Funny how these things come back around. Anyway, not looking for anyone's opinion here, just typing this out to vent and maybe get one weird thing off my chest.
