A Slip-Up At Work

I'm a night-shift worker at this small warehouse, and usually, I keep things strictly professional. But last week, there was this younger guy who started, maybe in his twenties, fresh-faced and eager. I don't know what got into me, I've been playing Daddy for a while now, but never with someone so close to my workplace. One night, after closing time, we were chatting about our days, and before I knew it, I found myself disciplining him playfully like his parent would have done. It felt wrong and right at the same time, confusing me more than anything else. Has anyone ever dealt with something similar in a professional setting? Is this normal to struggle with these kinds of boundaries?
