Daddy Issues (Or Should I Say Little Boy Ones)?
Anonymous Secret Fawn #518 · General Confessions
So yeah, today was another one of those days when I just feel the need to play a little role. Usually it's not as pronounced or anything but this time it hit me pretty hard. You know what they say about trans guys needing to explore their feelings sometimes? It's true! Anyway, I had planned on meeting up with my girlfriend for dinner and instead, while we were out at a cafe, I just needed to go into the bathroom and close the stall door behind me. Once there, I took off my shirt, wrapped myself in it like a blanket, and curled up into a little ball, feeling that childish need to be taken care of and protected. I don't know what came over me but as I sat there hiding under this make-believe blanket, all of a sudden she knocks on the door asking if everything was okay. I told her I'd be right out, but then... just for fun (because why not?), I started whimpering and acting like a little kid who's scared. She heard me and came in to check on me, trying to comfort me by holding my hand and telling me it would all be okay. That moment when she said that? It made something inside of me relax deeply, like no matter what happens, I know there's someone out there willing to take care of me. So here we are, back at home now, and I feel a bit silly thinking about the whole thing but also quite relieved. Not sure how often this happens but it's good for me to know these feelings come up from time to time and that I'm not alone in needing some extra nurturing sometimes. Oh and yeah, after we got back she teased me saying something like 'what happened at the cafe stayed at the cafe', which made us both laugh. Maybe one of these days I'll actually find a way to play this out more seriously but for now it's just a bit of fun that helps me feel better.
