Caring for Him Like He's Mine...

So here's this... I've been taking care of Alex lately. He's in his twenties too, and we're not exactly what you'd call a couple or anything official like that. But there's something about him, ya know? Sometimes he just needs someone to be there for him, to help out with the little things. It's kinda weird how it feels natural to step up and do all this stuff for him... Like folding his laundry when he comes over, making sure he doesn't forget important dates or meetings because of stress... And honestly, sometimes I play along a bit too much, just to see if we can both get into it. One night, while helping him through some rough patches, I ended up calling him 'sweetie' and giving him this big bear hug... He didn't resist at all! It was like he welcomed the comfort. We laughed about it later but there's a part of me that wants to keep exploring this dynamic between us... It feels kinda naughty and sweet in equal measure...
