Caught Off Guard

Oh my god, I still can't believe how far we went last night. We were playing a little mommy-pet game that got out of hand so fast. He was being such a good boy, but then he started whining about wanting more. Before I knew it, I was down on my knees... well, you know where. It was intense, and his moans echoed through the room as if we were alone in the world. Now I'm not sure if this is something to continue or if I should pull back. Anyone been here before? Is this normal?
