Just Another Day Off

So today was my first attempt at exploring something new and let's just say it wasn't exactly a picnic. I decided to take a day off work and dive into this whole DDLG thing with an experienced partner, turns out, that means you're expected to act like a kid, which is easier said than done when you're not actually one. The day started okay, but by afternoon, my back was killing me from the pretend school chores. We ended up roleplaying at a coffee shop I know pretty well, and it felt bizarre ordering drinks for myself as if I were six again. At least there's a barista who's seen it all and won't judge, or maybe they just don't care enough to notice.
