... A Small Rebellion ...

I'm not one to back down easily, even if I should. Today was supposed to be all about discipline and following the rules I set for my little girl during our playtime session, but... Well, she's been working hard lately, pushing herself in training more than ever before. So today, after a grueling workout, I had her on strict no-snacks-until-dinner rule. But... Man, those cookies looked so good... My resolve crumbled like the one hour before when she pushed through that last rep and hit her max lift! I couldn't resist them... They were calling my name louder than ever. So yeah, in front of her, as much as it went against everything we agreed on... I gave into temptation and snuck a cookie or two from the jar I was supposed to hide away for later. She caught me red-handed, but instead of getting mad, she just laughed... A little devilish smirk crossed her face and all I could do was shrug sheepishly back. It felt wrong, but strangely right at the same time...
