Lost Touch

I haven't touched my wife in months, not like that. We're in our 40s now and I feel so distant from her, even as we cuddle or sleep close. Just last night, she looked at me with longing but I couldn’t move. Any advice on how to bridge this gap? Is it just stress or something deeper?
