A Night of Laughter and Wink-Winks

Being a military spouse has its perks and peculiarities, but tonight was something else entirely. My husband, ever the romantic at heart (and some might say, over the top), decided to spice things up with a little playful tease-and-reveal game. He’d set the mood so perfectly, I can’t recall ever seeing him as comfortable or uninhibited in his demeanor. We laughed and joked about it all evening, calling each other silly names that would never leave this room. It was less about the 'what' than the sheer joy of us not taking ourselves too seriously and having fun with something new. I must admit, I giggled more than anyone else tonight, even as we were... well, you can imagine what might have happened next in that dimly lit bedroom.
