Little Mishap At Work

Working retail as a Daddy, I've got the rules down cold. But yesterday, I broke one, tiny but it weighed heavy on my mind all day. Told myself to take breaks and stretch those legs, clocked in for twelve hours straight without stopping. Can't let them see me slow down. Tonight, when I'm home and alone, I'll face the music with my sub. That nagging voice won't be ignored, it's time to own up and take responsibility for that lapse. A quick reminder to myself to stay on track.
