caregiving at its rawest

i started caring for him when he was still pretty messed up emotionally and physically from past trauma but we clicked somehow and the more i helped him through his recovery the closer we got. there's a lot of intimacy now even though it's just us as adults in this arrangement, like when he needs me to be strict or cuddly or whatever helps at the time. one day after i disciplined him for being disrespectful to himself, we ended up having pretty graphic sex right after and it was intense cuz it had so much meaning beyond just release, you know? felt like we were confirming something major about our connection in a way that's hard to explain but really powerful.
