Confession of a New Little

I never thought I'd admit this but lately, when things get tough at work, I find myself wanting to regress into a little space. It's embarrassing how much comfort it brings, I'm talking about naps with stuffed animals and coloring books. Tonight was the first time I actually acted on it, cuddling a teddy bear before bedtime as if nothing else mattered. God, it’s shameful but also strangely freeing... How can something so childish be such an escape? It’s like I’m not even myself anymore.
