A Shy Admittance

I’m in my 50s now and have always been a rather reserved person. Yet lately, I’ve found myself drawn to the more playful and kinky side of intimacy. Last week, with my partner, I let go and tried something... different. It felt both thrilling and slightly embarrassing. Am I alone in feeling this way at my age? Is it normal for someone like me to explore these kinds of things? I feel a bit silly admitting it but can’t shake off the desire.
