small slip-up

just had this little moment where i broke a tiny rule and felt so bad about it. was supposed to do some grading for work but got distracted by a rerun of an old show on tv, couldn't resist watching just one episode instead. figured i would make up the time later but now feel guilty all day long. kind of like when you’re little and get caught doing something you shouldn’t have. it’s silly to worry so much over such a small thing but can’t help feeling like a naughty child.
