A Quick Punishment in the Break Room

I was working a shift at the store and my sub had just blown it big time. We were in the break room, nobody around. She'd been acting out all day, pushing boundaries I hadn't set for her to test them. As soon as she got off the clock, we needed a talk. But first, there was no way around it, quick discipline right then and there. She deserved to feel the sting of my belt. It wasn't anything too harsh; just enough to remind her who's in charge. Afterward, I felt that familiar surge of power mixed with protectiveness. Now she knows better. That’s one memory I won’t forget.
