...A Caregiver's Secret...

I've been training clients at the gym for years now... but there was one client who stood out from all the others... a young woman, let's call her Sarah, in her twenties... we connected on a different level... beyond just fitness goals and personal bests... One day, after months of building trust and understanding each other deeply... I took on this role she called me 'Caregiver' for... helping her navigate through life's challenges with more than just physical strength... guiding her in ways that went far beyond what a typical personal trainer would do... It was intense... powerful... filled with moments of vulnerability, support, and understanding... We didn't need to use the words 'Daddy/Mommy' or define it by any label... It was our own unique dynamic, just for us... I feel proud of this relationship... Proud that I could be there for someone in such a meaningful way... And yes, there were intimate moments too... But they all happened with her consent, both in the gym and outside of it... It's something I'll always treasure... A secret I keep close to my heart...
