A Day of Playful Submissiveness

I'm a little and my partner, who is way more dominant than me, took us both to a playful place this weekend. We went out for ice cream in the park where I let him dress me up like an overgrown kid, complete with colorful socks and oversized sunglasses. He was so into it too, acting all stern when he handed out my cone and told me exactly which spoonfuls to eat. Later that night at home, things got a bit more heated but we stayed in character. I called him Daddy as I always do during our games, feeling the rush of being his little one again. We played around with some strict rules and light punishments for silly things like forgetting my manners or not cleaning up fast enough. It's fun to switch off responsibilities now and then. I'm wondering if others do this too - is it normal to have these role-playing scenarios in real-life relationships, or am I just a bit crazy for getting so into it? Any advice from the experienced kink community out there?
