Just Another Day

Today was just another day. I woke up late after working from home until the early hours of the morning on my latest freelance project. The coffee machine was still dripping when I stumbled to it, hoping for a miracle brew that would clear my head. After a quick cup and a glance at my calendar confirming today's DDLG session with Alex, I felt some semblance of normalcy return. It’s funny how things like roleplay can feel like routine now. A quick video call confirmed everything was on track; he seemed a bit more serious than usual though. We ended up skipping the usual foreplay and went straight into it. I’ll admit there were moments where I wondered if I should have pushed for something lighter, but ultimately it didn’t matter much in the grand scheme of things. The rest of the day blurred together with the usual tasks of cooking dinner (which turned out surprisingly mediocre), catching up on emails (always a chore), and trying to catch some sleep before repeating the cycle tomorrow.
