A Caregiver's Pleasure

I've always been the strong one in my relationships, often stepping into a caregiver role even with partners. Recently, I found myself embracing this side fully, whipping out toys and guiding them to their limits with a stern hand, all while keeping them in line with strict rules of our play dynamic. They seem to thrive under it, but sometimes I wonder if there's more I could be doing or exploring beyond just being the rule-setter and disciplinarian. Anyone else ever feel like this? Is this normal for a caregiver who enjoys setting boundaries?
