A Little Slip-Up

I remember feeling so down on myself last week when I skipped doing the dishes after dinner. It was such a small thing, but in our dynamic, it’s all about following through and showing respect for the rules we set. My girl had just left to run an errand, and there I was, sitting alone at the table, staring at my plate thinking, 'I really should wash this,' but my body wouldn't move. It's silly how one little thing can make me feel like I let her down so badly.
