Confused Little

I'm a retail worker and I've started playing as a little recently. During my shift, talking to customers feels like roleplay, acting older than how I feel inside. Tonight, while changing into comfy pajamas, I felt like the little girl I used to be before the stresses of adulthood. It's comforting but confusing. Am I just trying to escape reality or is there something healthy here? Is this normal?
