New To This - Adult Playtime?

So yeah, I just started exploring this world of adult play and it's so crazy. Professor here, in my forties, never thought this would happen to me. Met someone online who understood what I was looking for. We hit it off instantly, both wanting something different. Decided we'd try a little age-play first. Feels weird but kinda great at the same time. He calls me his little student and treats me like I'm back in school. But everything is so much more intense than when I was actually younger. Really brings out feelings I thought were gone forever. We've been doing this for a few weeks now, still figuring things out. Sometimes it's hard to get into character but most of the time it's just awesome. No one knows about it except him and me. It feels like we're sneaking around, even though we're both adults, making up our own rules. Not sure if I'm doing this right or not. Just feel so lucky to have found someone who gets what I want without judgment. Sometimes I worry others will think badly of me but it's just too fun and liberating to stop now.
