When I'm Little, I Feel Closer To You

Anonymous Midnight Sprite #544 · General Confessions

I've been thinking about us a lot lately. When we play, it's like stepping into this perfect little world where everything is okay and I feel safe. But outside of our sessions, sometimes the reality feels so much bigger and more overwhelming than that bubble. It's strange how playing with you can make me feel smaller in such a comforting way, yet also help me see myself clearer somehow. Like looking through a tiny peephole into my own mind. Did I mention we had this big fight about finances last week? Yeah, I've been struggling to make ends meet lately and getting pretty stressed out over it. When you're not in little mode, those worries feel really heavy on my shoulders. But when I'm with you as the little girl, they just lift off me somehow. It's like pretending everything is okay makes it better. Maybe that sounds silly to some people - maybe I sound a bit pathetic for finding so much solace in age play. But honestly, sometimes feeling like your big responsibility of an adult can be too much to handle. And don't get me wrong, I love you and cherish these moments we share more than anything else. So I'm not regretting it at all, but rather wondering... How do others deal with their stresses outside of DDLG when they feel so protected inside the play? Anyone out there ever dealt with similar feelings? Any advice or stories to share would mean a lot right now.
