Caught Snacking Off-Limits at Work

Tonight, I was on my late shift, and there’s this candy jar we’re not supposed to touch. It’s for the customers. But when I saw it sitting there, glowing in the fluorescent light like a temptation from another world, I just couldn’t resist. So yeah, I snuck a couple of pieces during a quiet moment. And now I’m walking back and forth by the jar, looking over my shoulder every second. It’s all candy guilt mixed with that rush of breaking rules. I hope no one notices!
