Struggling Alone

I started this thing recently and honestly, I don't know if I'm doing it right. Feels like everyone else has some secret playbook I missed. Had a session last night with my partner - he was the daddy figure for me, trying to find that little girl inside but... I just couldn't let go of being grown up. Ended up feeling more lost than anything else. Don't know if this is going somewhere or just spinning my wheels in circles.
