Just Another Day at the Office?

Today was my first foray into the world of DDLG. I never imagined stepping out of the sterile confines of a hospital would mean playing mommy to an adult man, but here we are. The physical aspect was... quite unexpected and incredibly intimate. We did all sorts of things that made me blush even now as I type this confession. It's surreal how such stark contrasts exist in my life, cancer wards one day, diapers the next. Does anyone else find themselves in these peculiar situations? Comments welcome.
