When I Ate That Cake Against Rules

Anonymous Shy Bunny #266 · General Confessions

I’m a nurse in my 30s and also happen to be into little-space play with my partner. We’ve been doing this for about two years now, since we both agreed that it was something we were interested in exploring together. It’s been fun and fulfilling, but also requires discipline from me because she sets strict rules for how I should behave as her little boy. For instance, no desserts until after dinner or unless it's a special treat, which is rare. The other day, though? My hands were just uncontrollably drawn to that chocolate cake sitting on the counter like a forbidden temptation. It was one of those nights where stress had built up all day at work and I felt like I needed something sweet to calm down. But according to our rules, it was a no-go until after dinner. I knew better than to indulge without permission, or so I thought. Despite knowing full well the rule, I found myself sneaking bits of that cake whenever my partner wasn’t looking. It’s not like she hasn’t ever let me have something before if I asked nicely or when we were feeling playful, but this time was different. There was a sense of forbiddenness that just made it all so deliciously naughty. It started small, nibbling away at the edges until there was barely any left. Every little bite felt like a secret indulgence, making me feel both naughty and clever. But here’s the thing, after about an hour of sneaking pieces throughout dinner prep and conversations, there was nothing but crumbs on that plate. So, when my partner came back into the room, her eyes widened at the sight. And guess what? She wasn’t happy. “Did you eat this?” she asked sternly. I knew exactly where this was headed. She explained how disappointed and upset it made her feel. There’s a level of trust in our dynamic that I had just broken without even realizing it fully until right there on the spot. It didn’t help my case that I hadn’t just come clean when I should have, but instead tried to hide my actions. I got disciplined for breaking the rule and feeling guilty ever since has been a pretty stark reminder of why such guidelines exist in our relationship, because sometimes self-control isn’t as strong when it comes to little-boy desires. And even though this wasn't about sex or anything overtly kinky, there's still an emotional weight attached to adhering strictly to the agreed-upon boundaries we set for ourselves.
