trying something new with my husband

so i met this guy on a dating app who was interested in dom/sub stuff and it felt really safe at first cus we were just texting and watching videos together. my husband has no idea about all this and he’s been supportive of me exploring my sexuality but like within our marriage kinda thing. so last night we decided to actually do something, i mean the guy was going to send over a blindfold and some toys. i told him im married and everything needs to be private, but still...i dont know what got into me. my husband came home early from work and caught me playing with one of the toys alone. he freaked out obviously and we had this big fight where he said i was cheating on him even though it never happened and i explained that it was just play stuff but hes not getting it at all. now i dont know if i can ever do something like this again without breaking his trust, i feel so bad and lost. im in my forties, been married for ten years and suddenly wanting to try new things feels wrong somehow even though its between us.
