Discipline in Public

Today at work, I lost it and yelled at my employee like a Mommy would with her child. My cheeks burned as I made him stand in the break room corner for being late again, I felt raw and exposed, like everyone could see through me. Then back on the floor, we both acted like nothing happened, but he gave me this look that said it all.
