New to DDLG

I started exploring DDLG a few weeks back with my partner. We've always had an unconventional dynamic but this is new territory for me. I feel strangely compelled, like there's something I'm uncovering about myself that I never knew before. It's confusing and exhilarating at the same time. We haven't gone too far yet, just some light role-play and a few playful punishments that leave us both breathless. Is it normal to be questioning everything as much as I am? Should I continue seeking understanding or dive deeper into this new world of ours?
