Confessions of a Switch Nurse

So, I've been keeping something pretty private from everyone at work and my personal life. Let's just say that when I'm not in the hospital tending to patients, I sometimes switch things up with my partner, sometimes I get into being his little boy while other times, I find myself enjoying the role of a caregiver or even a strict disciplinarian. It’s funny how one can wear so many hats and yet feel completely at ease in each of them. Anyone else out there play both sides of that coin? Curious to hear from others who do this with their partners. What's your take on switching up the dynamic like this?
