Been There, Done That?

Well, here I am at fifty-five, confessing something I've only recently started getting into. Let's just say I joined the club of late-life explorers and decided to finally give my fantasies a real-world try. It wasn't the grand romantic gesture or some deep emotional journey, more like seeing what all the fuss is about after years of wondering 'what if?' The actual event? Left much to be desired for any kind of life-changing revelation, but it did spark an interest in trying out more roleplay and dynamic scenes with a partner. So, I ask you all: Is this just me catching up on something I should've tried sooner, or am I the only one who thought 'this can't hurt' at my age? What's your take?
