felt like i lost myself

i was feeling really down and decided to try something new. met this guy online who seemed cool enough. agreed to be his little and he'd be my daddy for a bit. felt so small again, wearing those cute outfits, calling him dad. it was supposed to help with confidence but ended up making me feel like i lost myself. can't talk about it with anyone, feels wrong somehow even though it's all consensual.
