loving it daddy style

yesterday i was at work and one of the patients came in kinda stressed out. so we were talking a bit and got to know each other more. turns out shes into daddies too, which made me think maybe there's something there beyond just patient-nurse. anyways, i took charge a bit, being all protective and reassuring like i do for my kidlets back home when they're feeling down. the way she looked at me with those big eyes, so trusting and needy, it was hard to resist her. we ended up doing some roleplay stuff on break, pretty explicit too. i felt dominant but also nurturing. afterwards shes all flustered and grateful, calls me daddy out of nowhere. now im thinking if this could be a real thing outside work or if its just a one-off thing cuz it felt so good. anyone been in similar shoes? is this normal? should i try to keep the lines professional or see where this goes?
