a small lapse

so i had this rule about doing the dishes right after dinner but tonight i just felt so lazy and tired and instead of putting them in the dishwasher like daddy told me to i left them on the counter for a few hours till later that night when i finally got around to it 🤔 felt pretty bad afterwards though because i know how much he hates seeing dishes sitting out. i was supposed to be better than this, more responsible but sometimes these little things slip up even with all our rules and guidelines. not a big deal really but still made me feel kinda ashamed of myself for breaking that trust
