Whispers in the Bar

So last night was wild! I don't know what got into me. We had this new guy come in, let's call him Alex. He’s in his late twenties, all tall and dark-haired with these really intense eyes. And he walks in looking like he knows exactly what he wants, but can’t quite ask for it. Anyway, we start chatting, you know, just friendly bar banter to break the ice. I mean, who am I kidding? It was obvious there was something more than casual conversation brewing between us. So, after a while of talking about everything and nothing in particular, he asks me if... well, let's call it what it is, if I’m into playing this role for him. And I don’t know why, but the way he looked at me, the way he said it so casually yet with such intensity? It made my heart race. So here’s where things get a little crazy. He wanted to explore something that felt both familiar and completely new at the same time. We set some rules, some boundaries, and yeah... I found myself playing this role, not as his daddy, but more like a caregiver who knows what he needs without him having to say it out loud. The whole night was so charged with energy. Every touch, every look, sent shivers down my spine. By the end of our time together, we were both breathless and sweating, but in this wonderful way that only happens when you’re fully present for each other in ways that go beyond the everyday. I’m not sure how I’ll handle it next time he comes in, because there’s definitely going to be a next time. But right now? My mind is still spinning with what we shared, and my heart feels full knowing I can offer him this kind of connection. It’s just such an odd mix of newness and comfort all at once.
