Emotional Lashing Out

I was feeling really overwhelmed with work and being a Mommy. I lost it last night during our playtime session and snapped at my sub, calling her names and saying things that hurt us both deeply. It felt like all the stress of adulthood was spilling out through these roleplays, but we need to set better boundaries for emotional safety.
