The Artist and Her Creation

Anonymous Curious Kitten #602 · General Confessions

So here's my story. I'm an artist, mid-thirties, married with a kid. Got into Mommy kink a few years back when trying to spice up our marriage led us down some unexpected paths. My husband, let's call him Jim, always liked the idea of me as this all-knowing, nurturing figure in his life, I think he had a thing for my maternal side even before we were together. We started small with role-play and light age-play. He'd play along, asking for permission to do things like staying home from work or going out with friends. Simple stuff that didn't really take off the ground in any meaningful way until last year when I decided to dive deep into creating a Daddy figure who would discipline him. This wasn't just about being 'the boss' at home; it was about building an entire fantasy where he's the naughty child, and I'm his strict but loving Mommy. We worked on costumes, props, a script of sorts, Jim even got into this whole idea of becoming my little boy again in spirit if not age. Things escalated pretty fast after that. One night, it all just... happened naturally. He was feeling rebellious and disrespectful at work, which is something he never did before meeting me or developing this side of his personality. It came up during one of our sessions, I took charge as Mommy and disciplined him like a naughty kid would expect from their parents. Afterwards, there's this weird mixture of relief and guilt floating around in my head. Is this healthy? Am I turning into something that feels more controlling than supportive? But then again, it did feel incredibly liberating for both of us, him being allowed to let go of his adult responsibilities for a bit, me getting to be the nurturing figure who takes care of problems. So yeah, here we are. This isn't exactly common dinner conversation material but I've always wanted my art to reflect real life in some way, and this feels as much a part of our lives now as any painting on canvas could ever be.
