...Disciplining Myself...

I'm in my late 30s now and have this odd fetish for playing Mommy. Not with anyone else though, this is something I do alone, after a long day at work as an RN. Tonight was particularly hectic, so when I got home, I decided to let myself be disciplined... just like a child would from their mom. I set out some rules and penalties before going into my 'time-out' room. It was surprisingly soothing to follow through with it all, even though the thoughts of being scolded for breaking my own rules were daunting at first. I ended up feeling much calmer afterward...
