Caretaking Confession

I've always been my client's personal trainer and friend, but recently we started a caretaking dynamic. It feels odd but fulfilling to dress her up in childish outfits and give her strict exercise regimens as 'punishments'. She likes it too, surprising how much control I have over her desires now.
