...Just Caught Up in the Moment...

Man, I don't know how this happened. We were talking one night...just hanging out...and suddenly she looked up at me with those big eyes of hers and said, 'Can we pretend for a bit?' Before I knew it, I was calling her my little girl...disciplining her...loving her like she's the child I never had. It felt so right, yet so wrong. But when we came down from that high? There were questions...doubts... Did this mean something more? Am I a freak for enjoying it so much? Is there anything unhealthy about this dynamic...or is it just two grown-ups exploring? Anyone else ever do this? Is it okay to want more of these moments...?
