Divorced and Playful Discipline

After my recent divorce, I decided to explore some playful discipline with a friend as a way to reclaim control over my life. We agreed on a dynamic where he would be the obedient child and I, his strict but caring Mommy. The first session involved him completing tasks I assigned, cleaning up his room and doing homework diligently while I observed. When satisfied, I gave him an allowance of candy as a reward. It was an unexpected source of empowerment and connection.
