feeling guilty

just did something small that i know i wasn’t supposed to but it felt so good at the time. can’t shake this feeling of guilt, like maybe i let myself slip out of control a bit. it’s silly really, not even remotely related to anything important or kinky, just breaking some tiny rule that was meant to keep me on track with everything else. now i feel lost and unsure if i can get back in line.
