i broke a rule last night

so i just got into dd/lg stuff recently and am still trying to figure it all out. i have this dom that's pretty chill but they do have some strict rules, like no sneaking snacks after bedtime. last night i was hungry but knew i wasn't supposed to eat anything past 10 pm so i waited until they went to bed and then... well, i snuck into the kitchen for a sandwich. felt bad as soon as i did it and thought for sure i'd get caught but didn't. woke up this morning and now feeling super guilty about breaking one of their rules even though its not like a big deal or anything. feels kind of childish i guess which is weird because im 24 and should know better lol. just hoping they dont find out since it was late and dark and there are no clues... but still worried
